Guidelines for Posters 

  • The recommended poster size is A0 (ca. 84 × 119 cm)

  • Posters are accepted in vertical and horizontal format. Otherwise, there are no specific specifications. You are free in the layout.
  • Please upload the poster as a PDF file to Conftool.

  • Be sure to include the abstract title, author and coauthor names, and the institution(s) where research is underway.

  • Refer to your acceptance letter and/or the final conference program for the time and location of your poster session and set-up time.

  • The poster board number assigned to the poster must be placed in the upper left corner of the display. A cut-out of the poster board number will be provided on site on the day of the conference and must be visible at all times.

  • The designated poster presenter (author or coauthor) must be present at the assigned space during the designated time to discuss the work presented.
